He Works with Clients to Develop Complex Projects Comprised Primarily of Low Rise Residential Communities. His In Depth Property Development and Real Estate Experience Comes from the Middle East Emerging Market Including, the GGC, Levant Region and North Africa.
During His Career Imad Chose to Work With High Reputable Firms and Organizations In Order to Learn Best Practice on Both Technical and Management Sides. His Achievements Include Managing and Designing Over 10,000 Houses in Dubai Between 2002 and 2005. Imad Credits His Achievements to Keeping Himself Updated With All New Design Trends and Attending as Many Conferences and Exhibitions as Possible In Addition to His Extensive Reading and Continuous Learning.

I have worked primarily in Development, Architecture & Project Management. I have been working closely with the ownership to bring to fruition complex projects comprised of high-rise and high density, low rise residential, high-rise commercial: office & retail shopping complexes. My portfolio also includes resorts and hotels.
My in-depth property development and real estate experience comes from the Middle East emerging market including the GCC, the Levant region & North Africa.
During my 5 years in Emaar properties, my responsibilities spanned a number of property development & real estate areas, with the highlight being selected to lead & start up the single-family homes Development. During my 3.5 years at Dubai Holding, I was involved in the GCC team with prime responsibility for the management of projects in Oman, Bahrain, UAE & Qatar, including the recruitment of a cross functional teams.
Achievements include
- Emaar Properties, Dubai: lead the development of master planned communities of over 15,000 single family homes & townhouses & 2,000 apartments, including Emirates Hills, The Meadows, The Springs, The Lakes & parts of Arabian Ranches & The Greens.
- Dubai Municipality: Master planning of the Central Fruit & Vegetable Market, Private Palace & Dubai Cultural Centre- that hosted The International Monetary Fund & the World Bank conventions, Dubai, 2003
- Initiated the thermal insulation program in Dubai & organized the first thermal insulation forum 2000
